GRAVLAX SAUCE

 

  • 2 tbsp sweet Swedish mustard (Senap)

  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1 ½ tbsp white vinegar

  • 1 ½ dl oil

  • 2 tbsp chopped dill

  • salt & pepper (to taste)
     

Mix the mustard, sugar and vinegar together in a bowl with an electric whisk. Add the oil slowly whilst whisking. Season with dill, salt and pepper. Ready!
