REINDEER FILLED CROUSTADES

  • A box of 24 mini croustades

  • Tube of whipped horseradish cream (Pepparotsvisp)

  • 1/2 packet of smoked reindeer

  • Parsley (persilja)

  • Lettuce

 

Slice the reindeer meat into thin strips and mix this with the horseradish. Add some finely chopped lettuce. Fill each croustade with the horseradish and reindeer mixture. Decorate with some parsley.
